Intermittency with Stripe payments

Was resolved last night shortly after. We can confirm Stripe had a short service disruption, but we don't know the underlying cause.

We're tentatively reporting that the incident is over. Will continue to monitor.

We're monitoring some intermittency in the Stripe service that is causing intermittent success processing payments. We'll keep you informed when normal service returns.
